- SMS and email automation workflows
- Lead capture form setup and tracking configuration

Outcome Reach provides systems, strategy, implementation, and optimisation. We do not operate as the Client’s employee, receptionist, clinician, or in-house compliance officer.
3. Scope of Service
3.1 Consultation Enquiry Acquisition
Outcome Reach’s services are designed to help generate consultation enquiries for the Client’s business. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, our service is not a guarantee of booked appointments, attended appointments, treatment sales, or revenue outcomes.
3.2 Existing Booking Systems
In many cases, Outcome Reach directs prospective patients into the Client’s existing booking process using the Client’s own booking link, calendar, clinic software, or reception workflow. Outcome Reach does not replace the Client’s internal booking system unless specifically agreed in writing.
3.3 Third-Party Platforms
Delivery of the service may rely on third-party software and platforms, including but not limited to Meta, Google, GoHighLevel, Stripe, Zapier, Jotform, booking software providers, domains, email systems, and SMS providers.
4. Fees, Billing & Payments
- All setup fees, management fees, subscription fees, and other charges are payable as stated in the Client’s signed agreement, invoice, checkout page, or payment authorisation.
- The initial payment covers system installation, onboarding, campaign setup, and initial management and optimisation services. The Client acknowledges that this initial service period includes setup, activation, and optimisation phases, and is not limited solely to live campaign duration.
- Recurring fees are charged automatically on a monthly basis from the date of the initial payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- If a payment fails or becomes overdue, Outcome Reach may pause work, campaigns, automations, reporting, or support until payment is brought up to date.
- The Client is responsible for ensuring valid payment details remain on file for any recurring billing arrangement.
5. Advertising Spend
- Advertising spend is separate from Outcome Reach’s service fees.
- Advertising spend is the Client’s money and is typically paid directly by the Client to the advertising platform.
- Outcome Reach does not hold, own, or control advertising budget unless explicitly agreed in writing.
- The level of advertising spend materially affects campaign performance, lead flow, and reach.
- If the Client underfunds, pauses, restricts, or frequently changes the advertising budget, Outcome Reach is not responsible for reduced performance.
6. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate information about the business, treatments, offers, target areas, and contact details
- Provide all reasonably requested access to ad accounts, Business Manager, pages, domains, CRM tools, and related assets
- Provide approvals, feedback, and requested materials promptly
- Maintain a functioning booking process, calendar, or internal follow-up system
- Ensure the business can appropriately handle incoming consultation enquiries
- Comply with applicable advertising, medical, data protection, and consumer laws and regulations
- Ensure all claims, offers, promotions, before-and-after materials, and treatment information supplied to Outcome Reach are lawful and accurate
6.1 Delays Caused by the Client
If the Client delays approval, withholds access, fails to provide necessary assets, or fails to respond within a reasonable time, Outcome Reach may adjust timelines accordingly.
7. Booking Systems, Attribution & Reporting
7.1 Existing Clinic Booking Process
Where the Client uses their own booking platform or reception process, Outcome Reach may send leads to that system using a unique booking link, redirect flow, SMS, email, or similar process. Outcome Reach is not responsible for the Client’s reception handling, availability, booking conversion, no-show management, or post-enquiry sales process.
7.2 Attribution Limits
Outcome Reach may use form data, UTM parameters, redirect links, platform data, CRM tracking, and booking links to help estimate attribution. However, attribution may be incomplete or affected by third-party systems, offline bookings, reception workflows, lost tracking, or user behaviour outside Outcome Reach’s control.
7.3 Reporting
Reporting may include consultation enquiries, ad spend, cost per result, landing page metrics, messaging performance, and other relevant KPIs. Where downstream data such as attended consultations, treatment revenue, or lifetime value depends on the Client’s internal systems, Outcome Reach can only report on information made available by the Client or accessible through integrated systems.
8. Results & No Guarantee
8.1 No Guaranteed Outcome
Unless expressly stated in a separate signed agreement, Outcome Reach does not guarantee any minimum number of consultation enquiries, bookings, show-ups, sales, revenue, return on ad spend, or business growth outcome.
8.2 Performance Statements
Any examples, projections, case studies, testimonials, estimated results, or statements describing what the system is “designed to do” are illustrative only and do not constitute a promise or guarantee of future performance.
8.3 Factors Outside Our Control
Performance may be affected by factors outside Outcome Reach’s control, including but not limited to:
- Offer quality and market demand
- Clinic location, competition, reviews, pricing, and reputation
- Ad account history, restrictions, or compliance issues
- Landing page speed, domain issues, and tracking failures
- Booking availability and reception follow-up quality
- Seasonality, platform algorithm changes, and third-party outages
9. Timelines & Delays
Any stated onboarding, setup, launch, optimisation, or reporting timelines are estimates only unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Outcome Reach will use reasonable efforts to deliver work promptly, but timelines may change due to approval delays, missing assets, account access issues, policy reviews, payment failures, or third-party platform issues.
10. Intellectual Property
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Outcome Reach retains ownership of its proprietary systems, frameworks, templates, processes, automations, page structures, campaign methodology, and internal operating materials.
- The Client retains ownership of their business name, logos, original brand assets, and materials they provide.
- Upon full payment of all outstanding fees, the Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the deliverables produced specifically for their business for its intended purpose.
- The Client may not resell, copy, sublicense, or commercially distribute Outcome Reach’s proprietary systems, templates, or frameworks without prior written consent.
11. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public business, commercial, financial, technical, campaign, or operational information disclosed by the other party, except where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary for service delivery through approved contractors or software providers.
12. Limitation of Liability
- Outcome Reach is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunity.
- Outcome Reach is not liable for issues caused by third-party platforms, software providers, payment processors, domain providers, telecom providers, hosting companies, or advertising platforms.
- Outcome Reach is not liable for ad disapprovals, account restrictions, algorithm changes, reduced platform reach, tracking losses, or changes in third-party policy.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outcome Reach’s total liability in connection with the services shall not exceed the total service fees paid by the Client to Outcome Reach in the preceding 30 days.
13. Term, Cancellation & Suspension
13.1 Term
The service term shall be as stated in the Client’s signed agreement, proposal, order form, payment link, or checkout terms.
13.2 Cancellation
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, either party may cancel ongoing monthly services by giving the notice period stated in the Client’s service agreement.
13.3 Suspension
Outcome Reach may suspend services immediately where necessary due to non-payment, abusive conduct, unlawful activity, compliance risk, repeated failure to provide required access, or misuse of the systems provided.
13.4 Effect of Cancellation
Upon cancellation or suspension, Outcome Reach may pause campaigns, automations, pages, reporting access, and support. Access to software or assets managed under Outcome Reach systems may also be revoked where permitted by the service agreement and applicable law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or connected with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
