Outcome Reach — Terms & Conditions

Quick Summary: We provide paid ads, funnels, and automation to generate qualified leads and bookings for aesthetic clinics. Your onboarding month includes a 30 Qualified Leads in 30 Days performance guarantee (conditions apply). Ad spend is the clinic’s money and is paid directly to the ad platform.

1. About Outcome Reach

Outcome Reach Ltd is a United Kingdom-based marketing agency. We help aesthetic clinics generate predictable, qualified bookings through paid advertising, conversion-optimised funnels, and automated follow-up systems.

2. Service Overview

Our services may include:

  • Paid advertising setup and management (Meta, Google, or other platforms)
  • Funnel and landing page creation (GoHighLevel)
  • CRM and automation workflows for follow-up and rebooking
  • Monthly reporting and performance tracking

Outcome Reach does not sell leads directly; we manage and optimise advertising systems to help clients generate their own leads.

3. Performance Guarantee (First Month Only)

3.1 The Guarantee

During your first 30 days of active campaign management (the “Guarantee Period”), Outcome Reach guarantees to generate a minimum of 30 qualified leads. If this target is not met, we will continue campaign management at no additional agency fee until the target is achieved.

3.2 Conditions of Guarantee

This guarantee applies only if all the following conditions are met:

  1. The Client provides full and timely access to required ad accounts, pages, domains, and tracking tools (including Meta Ads Manager and GoHighLevel).
  2. The Client funds an active ad budget of at least £300 GBP for the 30-day period.
    • This ad budget belongs entirely to the Client and is paid directly to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or the chosen ad platform.
    • Outcome Reach does not receive, hold, or profit from this ad spend.
    • Ad spend is used solely for paid media delivery and cannot be redirected, refunded, or deducted from the agency service fee.
  3. The Client maintains campaigns active and does not pause or alter ads without written consent from Outcome Reach.
  4. The Client provides required approvals (ad copy, visuals, offer details) within 48 hours of request.
  5. All forms, calendars, pixels, and automations remain connected and functional throughout the Guarantee Period.

3.3 Definition of “Qualified Lead”

A qualified lead is a new contact who submits a valid name, phone number, and email via the agreed landing page, Meta lead form, or GoHighLevel form; resides within the target area; and expresses interest in the advertised offer. Duplicate, spam, or incomplete leads are excluded.

3.4 Exclusions

  • Guarantee applies only to the first month (onboarding phase) of a new campaign.
  • Not applicable to renewals, reactivations, or subsequent retainer periods.
  • Voided if ad budget is paused, underfunded, or interrupted.
  • External issues such as account restrictions or payment failures void the guarantee.
Performance Guarantee Summary: 30 Qualified Leads in 30 Days — First Month Only. If we don’t achieve the target and all conditions are met, we continue working for free until we do.

4. Fees & Payments

  1. All invoices are payable in full and on time as stated in the signed service agreement.
  2. Advertising spend is paid directly to the ad platform and is separate from the agency fee.
  3. The agency fee covers setup, campaign management, reporting, and support.

5. Cancellation Policy

  1. Either party may cancel with 30 days’ written notice after the initial 30-day guarantee period.
  2. Cancellations must be sent to [email protected].
  3. Upon cancellation, all active ads, funnels, and automations will be paused.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information, service details, and compliance materials.
  • Respond to communications promptly and honour advertised offers during the campaign.
  • Maintain a functioning booking calendar and staff availability for lead follow-ups.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable advertising standards and regulations.

7. Reporting & Transparency

We provide transparent performance updates via GoHighLevel dashboards, monthly KPI summaries, and Loom or PDF reports. Typical metrics include total leads, booking/conversion rates, ad spend & CPL, and funnel conversion data.

8. Intellectual Property

  1. Outcome Reach retains ownership of all creative assets, funnels, and ad materials until invoices are paid in full.
  2. Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive licence to use the materials for their business.

9. Limitation of Liability

Outcome Reach is not liable for platform outages, algorithm changes, ad account bans, or third-party service failures, nor for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed agency fees paid in the previous 30 days.

10. Confidentiality

All client information, campaign data, and performance metrics are treated as confidential and will not be shared except as required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By signing your service agreement or proceeding with onboarding, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
